I ordered this hat for my wife and though the one-size-fits-most didn’t fit her, PCA was gracious and sent a youth hat that did fit at no extra cost. Great local business with excellent service.
Cardiff Hat - Nice but too large :( Didn’t fit well.
I got this hat for my wife. I’m guessing that females are going to represent a greater percentage of the end users/wearers. This hat is sized for a gigantic head. Hat quality was fine and as expected, but we were bummed it just doesn’t fit well enough to wear.
A youth hat was sent to replace the adult size and the customer is very happy!
